This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the XrossWorld Terms of Use. The term "XrossWorld" includes www.xrossworld.ai and our affiliates, including Leben & Cerne, Corp. It explains how XrossWorld may:

information it obtains through the XrossWorld Service.

The "XrossWorld Service" is defined as any website, mobile application, or Internet service under the control of XrossWorld, whether partial or otherwise, in connection with providing a platform for XrossWorld's services.

Policy Scope. This Privacy Policy covers how XrossWorld treats personal information ("Personal Information") and other information that XrossWorld collects through the XrossWorld Service.

Personal Information Defined. XrossWorld considers "Personal Information" to include information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number. Other Websites and Pages. When you navigate away from the XrossWorld Service to websites or apps controlled by third parties, you leave the XrossWorld Service, at which point this Privacy Policy no longer applies. You will not receive a notice warning when you leave the XrossWorld Service.

THE XROSSWORLD SERVICE COLLECTS YOUR INFORMATION

Personal Information Collection. You will need to provide Personal Information to register with and subscribe to the XrossWorld Service to search and reserve activities. To register with the XrossWorld Service, you must submit your first and last name, email address, password, Instagram account, billing address and credit card information.

You may also be able to register by using your Meta login credentials. When you login with your Meta credentials, we collect the Personal Information you have made publicly available in Meta, such as your name and profile picture and use that information to register with the XrossWorld Service. We may also obtain other information with your permission, such as your gender, date of birth, Instagram followers, likes, hashtags, demographics, and Meta friends. The information the XrossWorld Service obtains may depend on your Instagram and Meta privacy settings.

The XrossWorld Service may also collect Personal Information from you in other ways. For example, you may be asked to provide your city, state, zip code, or neighborhood to find Locations and Activities near you. The XrossWorld Service may also collect Personal Information through contacts with our customer-support team and if you include it when you submit reviews or comments while using the XrossWorld Service.

The XrossWorld Service may collect credit card and billing information to process payments. This information is secured according to PCI Data Security Standards.

The XrossWorld Service may collect and store your location information if you enable your computer or mobile device to send it to us. Changing the settings on your computer or mobile device may prevent this data collection.

Cookies, Automatic Data Collection, and Related Technologies. In addition, the XrossWorld Service collects and stores information that is generated automatically as you use it. This information includes anonymous usage statistics. To collect this information, the XrossWorld Service may use log files, web beacons, cookies, and other similar technologies.

For example, the XrossWorld Service uses cookies to store users' preferences and website or app activity session information. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the XrossWorld Service, improve the design of the XrossWorld Service, track user movement, and otherwise enhance the XrossWorld Service.

By using the XrossWorld Service, you are authorizing XrossWorld to gather, parse, and retain data related to the provision of the XrossWorld Service.

HOW XROSSWORLD USES YOUR INFORMATION

Internal and Service-related Usage. XrossWorld uses Personal Information for internal and service-related purposes only and may provide it to third parties to allow XrossWorld to offer the XrossWorld Service.

Publish Ratings and Reviews.
Your first name, first initial of your last name, other optional information you post to your profile, ratings, reviews, and other comments you post using the XrossWorld Service may be viewable by other users. Locations may be able to use the XrossWorld Service to view the information you post to the XrossWorld Service just like any other user. They may be able to see your first name, first initial of your last name, other optional profile information, and ratings and reviews you post.

Advertising.
XrossWorld does not rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies for advertising purposes. XrossWorld may allow access to other data collected by the XrossWorld Service to enable the delivery of advertising and offers that will be of greatest utility, relevance, value, and interest to you.

Improve Service. XrossWorld may retain any data you provide to provide customer support, track the types of questions we receive, analyze trends, track user movement, personalize your experience, and otherwise enhance the XrossWorld Service.

Communications. We may send you a welcome email to verify your account and other emails for operational purposes, such as billing, account management, Activity confirmations and cancelations or system maintenance, as well as for marketing purposes such as promotional offers from XrossWorld or our partners, as well as activity, location, event and fitness and nutrition related content.

XROSSWORLD MAY DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

Location. XrossWorld may provide some Personal Information, such as your name and email address, to a studio when you book a Activity there, just as if you booked a Activity directly with the location. Locations are separate businesses from XrossWorld, and XrossWorld is not responsible for the privacy practices of those businesses.

Vendors and Suppliers. XrossWorld may share any information it receives with vendors and suppliers retained in connection with the provision of the XrossWorld Service. For example, we may share your credit card and billing information to third-party service providers that perform credit card transactions.

Social Networking and Other Websites. When you use the XrossWorld Service, you may share Personal Information with social networking websites, such as Meta, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, and Foursquare. You may also share information with other web applications, such as Outlook, Google calendar, and Yahoo! Calendar. We do not share information with them unless you direct the XrossWorld Service to share it. Their use of the information will be governed by their privacy policies and you may be able to modify your privacy settings on their websites.

As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. XrossWorld may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Information, other account information, and content if it believes doing so is required by law or if those actions are reasonably necessary to:

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. Information about you in XrossWorld's possession may be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of company assets, financing due diligence, or transition of service to another provider, as well as in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which your Personal Information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company. XrossWorld does not guarantee that any entity receiving such information in connection with one of these transactions will comply with all terms of this Privacy Policy. XrossWorld may also disclose your Personal Information with your permission.

When XrossWorld handles information that you disclose through the XrossWorld Service, regardless of where this occurs, XrossWorld takes steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, XrossWorld cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit through the XrossWorld Service, and you do so at your own risk. XrossWorld does not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

XrossWorld does not knowingly collect, maintain, or use any Personal Information from children under 13 years of age. No part of the XrossWorld Service is directed to persons under the age of 13. In fact, you must be at least 13 years of age to set up an account with the XrossWorld Service. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS the XrossWorld Service AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.

If XrossWorld becomes aware that it has collected any Personal Information from children under 13, it will promptly delete such information from our databases. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the age of 13 has obtained a XrossWorld Service account, then you may alert XrossWorld at support@xrossworld.net and request that XrossWorld delete that child's Personal Information from our systems.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

By choosing to visit the XrossWorld Service or otherwise provide information to XrossWorld, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the law of the State of Delaware and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION OR POSE A QUESTION OR SUGGESTION

If you would like to update, view, delete or correct any information that you have provided to XrossWorld through your use of the XrossWorld Service or otherwise, or you have suggestions for improving this Privacy Policy, please send an email to support@xrossworld.ai We will provide the information free of charge and within one month, except in the event that the request is unfounded, excessive or repetitive, in which case we reserve the right to charge a proportionate administration fee or refuse.

You may request the deletion of any email we hold on you at any time. Be aware that requesting deletion, unlike unsubscribing from specific emails, is total and irreversible. This means that we will also lose record of you having ever been on our systems, including any previous instructions you have given us opting out of specific emails types. If you re-join our systems, by voluntarily providing your personal information, you will appear to us as a completely new data subject. This does not affect your other rights in any way.To request deletion of your personal information, contact support@xrossworld.ai using the email address we hold for you or otherwise proving your identity.

XrossWorld reserves the right to send you certain communications relating to XrossWorld, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your XrossWorld account.
